This policy explains what information we collect when you use Tebi Health, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how we look after it. It applies to our website, our booking flow, and our video consultations.
Information we collect
Details you give us when booking: your full name, email address, phone number, and address including your province.
Health information: the answers you provide in the intake questionnaire, the symptoms and concerns you describe, and the clinical notes and prescriptions produced during your consultation.
Insurance information, where you choose to pay via insurance: your national ID, member ID, insurer, relationship to the policyholder, and marital status.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Technical information: your language preference, time zone, and standard information your browser sends when you visit the site.
Why we collect it
To create and manage your appointment, and to let your doctor provide care.
To verify insurance eligibility where you ask us to.
To take payment and issue a tax invoice as required by Saudi regulations.
To contact you about your appointment, and to provide support when you ask for it.
Who we share it with
The doctor providing your consultation, and clinic administrators who support your care.
Our medical records platform, which stores your clinical records.
Our payment provider, to process payment and issue invoices.
Our video platform, to run the consultation itself.
Our AI assistant provider, if you choose to book using the voice or chat assistant. That conversation may be recorded and processed.
Your insurer, through the national claims exchange, if you choose to pay via insurance.
We do not sell your personal or health information.
How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit. Access to clinical records is restricted to the doctor treating you and authorised clinic staff, and access is logged.
How long we keep it
Pending legal reviewRetention periods for medical records, booking records and invoices are being confirmed against the applicable Saudi healthcare record-keeping requirements.
Your rights

Where your information is stored
