Tebi Health is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or thoughts of harming yourself — call 997 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.

Do not use this service to seek urgent care.

We connect you with licensed practitioners for online consultations. The practitioner decides what care is appropriate, including whether an online consultation is suitable for your situation and whether you should be seen in person instead.

A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a diagnosis, a referral, or a sick note. That is a clinical decision for the practitioner.

The care you receive depends on what you tell us. Please give accurate and complete information about your symptoms, history and medication. Withholding or misstating information can lead to unsafe advice.

Rules for rescheduling, cancellation windows, missed appointments and any associated charges are being finalised.

Consultation fees are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) before you confirm a booking, and payment is taken through our payment provider. The refund policy is being finalised.

Please do not book on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, share your account, record a consultation without the practitioner's agreement, or misuse the service in a way that disrupts care for others.

We aim to keep the service available, but we may need to interrupt it for maintenance, and we depend on third-party services such as video and payment providers.

The limits of our liability are being finalised.

The governing law and dispute resolution process are being finalised.
